The Users’ personal data will be processed in compliance with Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, no. 196 (“ Personal Data Protection Code”) and, in particular, in compliance with the principles of necessity, transparency, fairness and proportionality of the data processing.

TYPE OF DATA
Browsing Data. According to the same Article, Users shall have the right to obtain erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data that has been proceeded unlawfully, as well as to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds to the proceeding of their personal data.
