In 2017 the French rock band Phoenix, which has always been tightly linked and in love with Japan and its extraordinary creations, together with the renowned sake brewery Tatenokawa joined forces to bring you a unique experience in the world of sake: a spectacular, top-of-the-class Junmai Daiginjo, with a 50% rice milling (aka Seimai buai, 精米歩合).
Developed out of Phoenix passion for sake and made by a brewery with over 180 years of expertise on its shoulders, to bring you the an already awarded sake, with a wonderful fruity bouquet of melon and pear, smooth, round, silky and balanced: just an excellent example of all the qualities you can find in the "premium" category of sake.
A portion of its sales will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society to support medical technology's progress.
