The Watermark Collection is a limited edition designed by textile design star Hiroko Takahashi and made by skilled craftsmen in Mino, a historic town famous for producing Japanese paper of the finest quality. Mino washi paper is so thin it can filter light yet it's incredibly strong and it's been developed in the Mino region both thanks to the pure waters of the nearby rivers Nagara and Itadori and to the ingenuity of the local population, whose efforts to preserve the environment and traditions have allowed the industry to thrive for over a millennium.
Hiroko Takahashi designed five different designs for the watermarks and this is the stripes one. The pack contains one hundred sheets, each one measuring 10,5 x 10,5cm.
