Made by an old brass foundry in Takaoka, using the traditional ‘sand cast’ technique, this brass trivet is the ideal combination between traditional techniques and contemporary design: a blend that turns into an instant classic. Takaoka is known in Japan for its brass statues and the company which developed this trivet is one of the oldest brass casting companies in Japan.
