Kagua Rouge is a unique bottle-fermented beer that combines the best of the Belgian and Japanese brewing tradition to create a full-bodied, ruby-colored Belgian ale with a very robust head. The nose is very elegant, with evident notes of toasted malt and citrus fruits, thanks to the typically Japanese aromas of yuzu, to which are added the peppery notes from sanshō, the Japanese pepper relative to Sichuān pepper.
Ideal to accompany any oriental dish, it is one of the flagships of the Japanese Far Yeast brewery and has been repeatedly awarded for its extraordinary quality.
