Norikatsuo furikake is characterized by a delicious flavor of dried bonito, egg, sesame and seaweed. Made with carefully selected ingredients from the same company founded by the inventor of furikake, Suekichi Yoshimaru, one teaspoon of the mixture is enough to transform a bowl of white rice, enhancing it with intense color and flavors, rich in sea-salt umami.
