Designed by Japanese design maestro Sori Yanagi and made in Niigata from high quality 18-8 stainless steel, unexceptional as it may seem at first sight, this sauce pan has been scrutinised and refined by Yanagi himself to ensure that it fulfils its function as efficiently as possible: it features spouts on both sides for easy transfer of sauces, quick ventilation and effortless handling; a lid that can be rotated, creating gaps of adjustable widths to prevent boiling-over or to discard excess liquids; a special handle shape designed to allow a firm holding for everyone including those who with weak grip power.
